Caravan Depot, Deliveries & Exchange

Stage 4: verified and active on the test server; production rollout pending. These are the agreed Caravan rules. Production availability is announced separately.

Caravans move Food, Wood, Stone or Iron between different Lands on the same Continent. Only the travelling Hero is occupied. A seller can publish an offer without assigning a Hero; the accepting player's Hero handles both journeys.

Develop the Depot

Every active NFT or Frontier Land starts with an operational Level 0 Caravan Depot. It has two separate, equal limits: cargo per trip and all materials held in open or accepted offers. Offer stock does not consume trip capacity.

VIP adds 5% per level. Assigned Depot bonuses add to the same percentage before rounding to a whole unit. Hero Strength does not change Depot capacity.

Use INFRA → Caravan Depot → Upgrade. An idle resident Hero performs the upgrade using Mastery and ordinary VIP Mission duration bonuses. Each level uses the same Gold, four-material recipe and base work as the equivalent Warehouse upgrade. Level 1 is available at Profile Level 0; later Depot levels require the corresponding Profile level. Only one Depot upgrade can run on a Land at a time, and the current Depot remains usable during the upgrade.

Send Materials

Use Dispatch Caravan, enter the recipient Land ID or select it on the World Map, choose one Material and a positive whole quantity per trip, then select a resident Hero. The recipient may be another player's Land or another Land of your own Profile. Its Warehouse must be operational.

VIP controls the maximum total trip count, using ordinary Mission Auto-repeat: 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 or 20 trips at VIP levels 0 through 10. All cargo for those trips is loaded onto the Hero upfront. Each trip creates its own Mission and report. VIP expiry does not reduce the accepted trip count, but the next trip checks current Depot capacity and route availability again.

The receiving Warehouse accepts what currently fits. Overflow stays with the Hero; further trips stop and all remaining cargo returns home, including cargo for unstarted trips. Returning cargo is unloaded in full even if the home Warehouse's capacity has fallen. The Hero cannot start unrelated work until the remaining series cargo has returned.

Direct deliveries award no Hero or Profile XP. Their reports show the source and destination Lands, trip number, delivered amount, cargo still on the Hero, remaining trips and any returned cargo or stop reason.

Publish and Accept an Exchange

Open INFRA on the Land and press TRADE on its Caravan Depot card. The trading dialog lets you offer one Material for a specified whole amount of a different Material. The proposal states exactly what the buyer gives and receives; there are no trading fees or partial fills.

Published goods become unavailable for other uses and count against the seller's total offer capacity. At a capacity of 100, the seller could publish one offer of 100 or two offers of 50. The requested payment is not limited by the seller's Depot capacity. Offer capacity frees when the buyer picks up the goods. Cancel an unaccepted offer to return its goods to the Land in full.

Offers are visible to the Continent or to the creator's current Guild. There are no personal offers, edits or automatic expiry. Changing Guild affects open-offer visibility; a deal already accepted still finishes normally.

Browse all authorized offers, including ones your Depot cannot carry. Filter by offered and requested Material or show available offers only. Sort by distance, date, either quantity, or exchange rate after choosing a Material pair. The default shows the nearest offers first.

An accepting Hero must be resident on the selected Land. Both the payment and the purchased goods must independently fit that Land's trip capacity. Both Warehouses must have room for their incoming goods; acceptance reserves that space. You cannot accept an offer from your own Profile, even using another Land. Only the accepting Hero travels; the seller's Hero remains free.

At the seller's Depot, the payment arrives and the goods are picked up indivisibly. The Hero then returns and unloads the purchased goods into the reserved home space. Accepted delivery remains guaranteed if capacity bonuses expire. A successful exchange awards the buyer ordinary progression for 60 base work minutes, plus involvement; travel adds no XP.

Distance and Time

Base travel speed is 10 km/h using World Map distance. Agility determines ordinary Mission performance, followed by the ordinary VIP duration reduction. Each loading or unloading operation has 15 base minutes: two for a normal direct trip and four for an exchange. Returning residual cargo adds one home unload, regardless of the number of remaining units or trips.

Offer listings show base full-trip time. Selecting a Hero applies Agility and VIP. The direct preview includes possible residual unloading; a successful trip can finish sooner. Public map movement shows the owner, direction and ETA without exposing cargo or exchange terms.

Prepare a Land for Withdrawal

Use PREPARE WITHDRAWAL on the Land's main tab. Preparation stops new Caravan offers, acceptances and incoming deliveries. Cancel your open offers and wait for accepted trades and relevant delivery stages to finish. Later trips in a direct series stop and return their remaining cargo. Resident Heroes must also leave before NFT withdrawal becomes available.

Cancel preparation to reopen admission. This does not itself withdraw the Land. Frontier Lands remain in-game assets and cannot be withdrawn to a wallet.
