Missions
Missions are the main activities your Heroes perform.
Through missions, you gather resources, strengthen your Lands, and progress through the Epoch.
Each mission type requires a certain amount of time to complete.
Each mission type has a specific Hero skill that controls how quickly it is completed.
The stronger the relevant skill, the faster the Hero can finish that mission.

π Mission Auto-repeatβ
Mission Auto-repeat lets you schedule several runs of the same supported Mission for one Hero. It is available from VIP Level 1 for:
- Daily Reward
- Gold Claim
- Seal Hunt
- Elemental Search
The selector shows the total number of runs, including the first run. For example, selecting 3 starts one Mission immediately and schedules two more runs. Mission types that do not support Auto-repeat do not show this selector.
Every run remains a separate, ordinary Mission:
- the current ownership, residence, Hero availability, resources, and Mission-specific rules are checked again before each run
- every run has its own duration, result, rewards, and Mission Log entry
- the Hero becomes free after each run and is not reserved for the complete sequence
- the next run starts only when the previous run completed successfully and the Hero is still free
Because the Hero is free between runs, another valid action can use that Hero first. If a run is aborted, fails, or can no longer pass its checks, Auto-repeat stops and the remaining runs are not started.
While a queued sequence is active, the Hero card shows the ordinary completion time followed by the number of later runs still waiting, for example 14:30 [2]. It does not show a combined completion time for the whole sequence.
Missions are only the beginning.
Now, letβs take a deeper look into the world of War of Continents β starting with the foundations of wealth: Gold.
